Cat moved to the UK in 2018 after over 6 years spent overseas, with more than 4 years experience working in luxury sector.

Born in a small village in Romania half way between the capital city Bucharest and the city of Dracula Brasov. Cat moved in Bucharest in 2009 for higher education, he found his way in Hospitality overseas where he started first Chapter in march 2012, 2 months after Costa Concordia sank.

Cat has a passion for wines, currently studying level 2/3 of WSET. In addition to having spent a week in Stellenbosch; famed for it's vineyards, as well as  visiting a great winery in Bordeaux, and certainly not least The Macallan distillery in Scotland. On his many travels Cat learnt a great phrase which he feels truly encompassed the wonder of wine: 

"Water separated the countries, wine brings them together"

 

Although Cat is not all about wine, he also adores discussing watches too!
